We regret to inform you that The Arlen Saylor Cavalcade has been canceled due to poor and unsafe field conditions resulting from recent heavy rainfall. The safety of our performers and attendees is our top priority, and we cannot in good conscience proceed with the event under these circumstances.
We understand this news may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note the following regarding refunds:
- Ticket purchases: Full refunds will be issued for all ticket purchases.
- Sponsorships and program shout-outs: As these contributions have already been used to cover pre-event expenses and print materials, we are unfortunately unable to refund them. We deeply appreciate your support and understanding in this matter.
We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support of our marching band program. The printed programs, including all sponsorships and shout-outs, will be distributed to band members and made available at future events as a token of our gratitude for your support.
